Lost

Feeling constricted
Where’s the door
Running isn’t the answer
Feet on floor
Opening to compassion
Heart feels sore
I hear the tapping
Life’s a chore
Running isn’t an option
I found the door

  4. Thanks for linking up to Trifextra this weekend. I agree, too. Your poem has a nice rhythm to it. Running isn't an option--I like that. Hope to see you back on Monday.

  5. Just a guess, but I think that running happened whether it was an option or not :)

  6. Once you find the door, there's no need to run. You find the door and you can walk out at your leisure.
