Welcome

Grab a cup of tea or coffee (oh what the heck, get a danish too!) and sit a spell. You might want to grab your notebook and pen because you never know when you will be inspired to write down a quote, or jot down a poem of your own. Words are like that, they take you on a journey and the next thing you know you are breathing life into your own magical world of words.

Tantalizing Poetry - Energy in Motion

I went in search of some of my old poetry this morning. As I prepare for OctPoWriMo it has me thinking about what I wrote when I was younger. Unfortunately I think in all the moves I have done over the years, I have lost my early poems. But I knew there was this one tantalizing piece that I wanted to share that I had written about nine or ten years ago. I found it. Not for young eyes.

Emotions so full
to overflowing
stomach tightening
goosebumps prickling
butterflies flying
heart quickening
Palms sweating
head dizzying
mouth watering
tongue tasting
scents filling
touching skin
to skin
velvet
thick
warm
hot
sweat dripping
bodies moving
feeling turned
inside out
outside in
fingers twining
pulling
pushing
toes curling
eyes crossing
Mind numbing
mouths opening
to silent screams
soft moans
whimpers
groans
grunting
screaming out

bodies quivering
floating down
slowly moving
tender kisses
softly smiling
hands caressing
beyond reason
beyond doubt

    1. Thank you Julie, I had only hand written it before now and was pleasantly surprised by the shape of it. As I now say in my tag line at the top of the page - All parts of me, stirring the imagination... never to be silent again.

I am now taking a lot more risks.

      Thanks for the word love!

  3. Ooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.......if I smoked cigarettes, now would be a good time...

And you are so fueling the more erotic elements of my current WIP....

So, thank you - for your bravery, for your openness, and for sharing your sensuality.

I love your new tagline. It resonates so strongly...

You released loveliness, and I hope more loveliness finds you!
