Welcome

Grab a cup of tea or coffee (oh what the heck, get a danish too!) and sit a spell. You might want to grab your notebook and pen because you never know when you will be inspired to write down a quote, or jot down a poem of your own. Words are like that, they take you on a journey and the next thing you know you are breathing life into your own magical world of words.

Process of Creating

Wow... I have been going non-stop for days. Writing, drawing, creating, compiling, researching, working, watching Olivia and in between all of that a little sleep.  This weekend I am taking a long awaited break by going to the lake and do nothing but lying on the blanket and possibly sleep.  At the very least I am reallygoing to relax and maybe ask Christie to do some of her Vibrational Sound healing on me for a change.

One of the nice things about having a healer as a partner is that we take turns working our magic on each other.  It is quite wonderful to be able to relax and have someone else take the healing reins for a little while.

Must rest now.  Have a wonderful rest of the week and I hope you check out the new FREE download. It is quite phenomenal!

Much Love,
Morgan

My Shadow Journey

I have learned to move with my Shadow Rhythms, to energetically feel what it is to be in sync, and understand in the moment what is necessary for the dance. Through this process I feel empowered, extremely creative, forgiving, much self love, and very very grateful. This blog site is dedicated to all those still in the dark, not knowing how to see the light, and that there really is no difference. That once you see how to use the energies of Shadow Rhythms, you will feel stronger, more alive, creative, abundant, juicy, and ready to live your life's authentic purpose.

Are you tired of struggling?

Through my journey it came to my attention that before I entered into this life I contracted to deal with all things shadow. Which created a lot of conflict for me with relationships, coworkers, career, and my spiritual path. I am now working with, instead of fighting against, the Shadow Rhythms that allow me to flow with the energies instead of blocking them. I struggled for many years until I discovered what was missing and how I needed to work with these energies.

Life can be filled with joy.

I challenge you to see for yourself how well this can work for you.
I Guarantee you will be ecstatic with how you feel after deeply working the Shadow Rhythms Process.  Contact me if you have any questions or would like more information.

Nonsense Pure Nonsense

Sometimes I just want to write absolute nonsense. Do you ever feel like that? To be able to write whatever you want and it really doesn't matter anyway.

Okay... Yes... I am having trouble sleeping again. I really must get some more Lemon Balm. It helps me to relax so that I can sleep. I don't have this trouble often but lately with all of this creativity busting loose, that I don't even want to try and contain, it is making it difficult to sleep.

La la la la la... la la la la la... la la la la la la la... Oh sorry, went off in song for a moment. Do you know the song "Sing?" Every time I hear it in my head I actually hear the one that I heard as a child with the Spanish verses echoing the English. I must have heard it on Sesame Street. They always were great about showing diversity and still are. I have been seeing a lot of it lately with my granddaughter.

Music and dance, two of my favorite things... oh jeez, there goes another song in my head.

I must head off to bed. I have a lot of writing I am going to be doing tomorrow. I am writing a series of articles on how you can use the energies of Mercury Retrograde to your benefit. It has to do with working with shadow and all the different energies that are easier to handle if you learn how to dance with them. Lots of fun.

Much Love to you.

Empowering Actions During Mercury Retrograde

Recycle, Reuse and Reduce, we hear these words fairly frequently. Mercury Retrograde is a great time to take a look around and get creative as to how you can implement this further. There is much we can do to help Mother/Sister Earth. Being responsible for our environment can inspire others to do the same. Taking action that helps our community can be truly empowering.

Recycle

First, the most important step is to have a system, an organized area for the recyclables to be stored until you can either put them at the curb for recycling or take them to a recycling center. You don't want to add more chaos to your life by having them thrown here and there. It is best if it is in an area that is close to the kitchen or even in a lower cupboard or in the pantry. There should be one for paper/cardboard, plastic, aluminum cans and glass.

If you don't already receive curbside recycling you can call your county, find out if it is available, what they take and what they don't take.

It is handy to have a weekly schedule for a drop off otherwise your home begins to resemble a recycling center.

Reuse

I started saving the glass jars from the market to store left overs in. All this plastic is so bad for our health. You can even use them to freeze in, just make sure you don't fill the jar too full because it will break. I also use them to drink out of'; a glass is a glass after all.

Coffee cans can be reused for storing all types of gadgets. You can even decorate the outside of the can to make it look attractive. If you decide to put your large utensils in one, make sure you put the lid on the bottom of the can to prevent rust on the counter.

When you are feeling the urge to buy something, take a look and see if it is something that you can get used. You will save your pocket book and be giving it a good home instead of it ending in the junk yard.

Go through your house and look at what you are ready to let go of. Recycle clothes that you no longer wear to the thrift store or donate them to a women's shelter. I love that we have an animal shelter thrift store just down the street from us. I often take used items that I nolonger need and drop them off. I feel good that someone else will be able to use it and that the money will help the animals.

Reduce

When you are in the store and feel an urge to make a purchase, ask yourself if you really need it, really want it or if you can really live without it. We often make purchases because something or someone has told us we need it. But do you really? How much stuff do you really need? Is it ever enough? Are you just cluttering the outside of your life so that you can't see the inside? Having too much around can actually stifle your creativity.

The next time you are about to throw something away, ask yourself, is this something that can be recycled or reused in some way? Make the time to put it in the best place possible.

Much love to you on your journey.

Mercury Retrograde

This is coming up very soon and many people only see this as a time of trouble. They are unable to see the opportunity it presents. It is a time to renew, reaffirm, re-energize, reanalyze and those are only a few of the possibilities. It actually can be a very empowering and creative time to explore shadow.

If you are on a transformational path this is a wonderful time to explore what is going on in your life and reassess the direction your healing journey is taking.

A time to rediscover and reevaluate. Does the direction still feel good to you?

Reclaim your inner power by creating a living ceremony.

Recheck your writing, your plans, your car, and remember that this is a time to reemphasize that complications and break downs happen when we aren't paying attention to our needs and the needs of the equipment that we use.

Reaffirm your commitments to yourself and others.

Reorganize and resupply at home and at work. Do you see how much fun this time can be if used wisely; staying conscious in the moment instead of sleep walking into a wall?

May you have many happy adventures during this Mercury Retrograde.

Using Energy to Clear Wounds That Trigger You

This process is very quick and easy. Once you have it down it only takes a few minutes and is very effective.

When you have tried everything else and it is still hanging on.

I was helping my partner do clearings for herself over a weeks time and on one of the days this came to me. Even if you use a different energy system with different symbols, I believe this still something you can do. It is the intent behind it. Depending on how rooted the issue is you may need to do this a couple of times a day for about a week or so.

This is what Christie, my partner, had to say about it:

"It is a gentle process and a way to clear old wounds that still have a charge."

If you are attuned to Reiki and/or Karuna Ki but have lost and/or forgotten your symbols, you may contact me and I will share them with you. If you are not attuned to one or both and would like to know more about it you can contact me for more information. I believe ver strongly that using these powerful energy systems can help us a great deal during these stressful times. may you feelt eh oneness and love of the universe.

  1. Activate the Master symbol (DaiKoMyo or Dumo)

  2. Think of the situation you want to clear

  3. Activate the long distance/time traveler symbol (HonShaSeiShoNen) asking it to go to the root (where it began) of the situation

  4. Activate the symbol (Zonar) that breaks things up and you can add a hear/love symbol (Harth) to break it up with love

  5. Activate the emotional healer/healing symbol (SeHeiKi) if you have a power symbol (ChoKuRei) activate it now, focus on healing the emotional aspect of the situation

  6. Activate any symbols for Peace/LoveWholeness/Om (ShantiHarth/Iava/Om) (Iava is actuall a healer and manifester but I was instructed to add this symbol here) to send loving, peaceful energy to the healing of the situation

  7. Activate grounding symbol (Rama) and place on bottom of feet and on the second chakra (lower abdomen) fully grounding the energies and yourself

  8. Say a prayer of gratitude

Now if you are saying, "I really don't have time to do this." like a friend of mine, then print this as well as your symbols and hang it up in your bathroom. You spend time in there every day. You can do this as you brush your teeth, you can laminate it and hang it in your shower to do quickly as you wash up, and well you know lots of people read during the other use of the bathroom. :D

Pleaer share this with anyone and everyone you wish to share it with. All I ask is that you add a link back to this page.

May your journey be filled with love and healing.

Journeying with Shadow

Everyday is a journey into Shadow for me.
It has become habit for me to stop and ask myself:

  • What am I feeling now?

  • What is it that I need to delve into today?
  • What is it that I need to do in this moment?

  • What am I not seeing that I need to?
  • What creation is pushing through to be birthed?

  • What old thoughts need to be recognized, forgiven, loved, and integrated?

  • What powerful healing needs to happen today in this moment?

  • What Blessings am I not seeing through the Shadows obscuring them?

You may use any of these questions to journal with and help you look at your Shadow. Enjoy your exploring and experiences.

That is what we are here for, experiencing in all aspects. If you are not trying new experiences, (from one a month to one a week) then you are probably walking in a fog, feeling numb and just trying to get through each day never really seeing anything.

I hope you decide to open your eyes, to experience all that you can experience. If we are not feeling, we are not living.

May Love find the darkest places within you, bringing them to light, allowing for deep healing and transformation.

Questions on Creativity and My Process

What is your creational process?

Wow can't help but smile at that. It really depends on many factors but I have several things I do when I am feeling creative. If writing is what I am being called to do, I either reach for my notepad or my computer. I then look at my notes that I have taken during the last week or so, much of which has keywords and/or titles that I want to explore.

If I am on the computer I often have several windows up with notes, titles and story ideas, and to do lists regarding what I want to create. After I go over some or all of that I pull up a new document and begin writing whatever has come up for me during that process. Mostly it is allowing myself to relax enough, be in the moment, and opening to what wants to come through me to be written. The true work and the inspiration for the work I believe comes from Spirit.

What do you create besides writing?

I love to create so I have lots of different creative outlets. I create collages pretty regularly. Mandalas are extremely meditative and healing for me. I make beaded jewelry, crochet: I create videos out of PowerPoint Presentations, and I am now playing around with the Paint program on the computer and loving it. Oh I also journal and draw.

How did you become interested in facilitating workshops and events?

Well I certainly never thought about being a facilitator when I was growing up. It was one of those things that kind of happened. I spent a year taking spiritual classes and one of the things I participated in was a drumming circle for women. I absolutely loved it. I loved how the facilitator took this group of women that were afraid to make any noise or sounds at all to singing out loud and banging on their drums. I was one of those afraid to make any noise; I know most people find that hard to believe now. It was incredible the amount of transformation that happened within a two hour period.

We moved about two hundred miles away not long after that and I couldn't find a women's drumming circle in the new area I was living in. I waited about nine months, which some people say that was my gestation period, and I started a group of my own. I never looked back. I love gathering in a circle of women; there is something very sacred about it. It is empowering for me to facilitate circles that are so healing. To help women to embrace their inner power as they move through their process and by completion seeing them standing stronger and taller is quite amazing to witness.

What suggestions would you have for someone who thinks they are not creative?

Everyone is creative they just need to remember; to remember what it was like to color as a child, to see things new as children do, to allow yourself to explore without expectations. Their adult self thinks they aren't creative because they think they have to be perfect; expecting to get it right the first time and if they can't create like "Picasso" then they shouldn't paint or whatever creative endeavor they are interested in. Being creative is part of our nature. It is about the process of creating, allowing spirit to move through and inspire you. It is about how you feel during the doing/being. It is remembering to breathe and allow the process to lead you, instead of you leading the process.

Creativity and Shadow

I am having trouble sleeping because I have all of this creativity flying around in my head. I have more videos, articles, stories all pushing to come out. Oh and of course keeping this blog up to date.

Seriously sometimes I think I was living so long holding my finger in the dam that now that I have decided to remove it everything is just pouring out.

As long as I can stay on track and not let, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and email distract me I am being quite creatively productive. Unfortunately being on such intimate terms with Shadow, being obsessive flies into my face and says, "Oh come on, you know you want to look, it will only take a moment, just one look, what can it hurt?" Yeah Right!

I will be going to bed soon and the best thing I can do about my obsessive instigator is energy work.

Reiki and Karuna Ki are often my saving grace when my problematic traits begin to peak out. I recently downloaded (not from the Internet--from Spirit/Universe/God/My Muse) a new energy clearing combination that I am quite excited about. It goes directly to where a problem began, breaks it up with love, heals the emotional residue, sends love to complete the healing, then grounds it in completion. I love it and it is quite effective. I already have seen promising results the few times that I have used it so far.

I will share the process in detail very soon.

With much love and peaceful thoughts, I bid you a restful Goodnight.

Empowered Shadow Walking

Learning to walk and dance with Shadow is quite a journey especially when I seem to have contracted, for this life anyway, to get to know Shadow very well. I feel amazingly more grounded, empowered and vastly more creative.

Sometimes I have to ask if my soul really knew what it was getting into, but then I remember everything is in Divine order.

I have really been shown how different I can feel when I don't fight with Shadow and I align myself with the dance. It really is amazing when you surrender to the process, to your higher self and to the Divine.

I have always felt the need to control so much of my situations and would get quite agitated when things didn't go the way I planned or my way. Still slip into that on occasion but I am really working with organic timing and not having to be in control anymore. Control was only an illusion anyway.

If you would like to understand your Shadow and see how much it could benefit you to uncover, discover and integrate, contact me and we will explore together "The Light the Dark No Difference." It is a journey worth taking.

May you have many loving, magical moments of mystery, sacred adventures and miracles

Much Love to You,

Transform and Empower -- Understanding Divine Oneness

Each of us has the opportunity and the responsibility to transform and empower ourselves. I don't believe this is anything that most people don't already know. Each of us need to step it up or our beautiful Mother/Sister Earth is going to take care of herself and though that would be good for her I don't think we will like it.

I am concerned but I feel very centered and calm. Never before has there been a major catastrophe on this planet that didn't affect me, depress me and bring an overall sadness to me. This time is different. I choose what I focus on, what not to focus on, and to stay empowered and send love out to where it is needed.

Do you understand how much your thoughts affect your environment? It isn't about positive and negative. It is that everything you think and feel not only affects you but emanates outward to everyone and everything around you. You are connected, mind, body, emotion, and spirit to all.

It is discovering what triggers you so that you can transform what you feel and think to heal yourself and thereby healing all.

We are all connected. We are all Divine. We are all one. If you hurt yourself you are hurting others; empower yourself and you empower others.

  • Dance
  • Play
  • Sing
  • Volunteer
  • Help a neighbor
  • Help a friend
  • Plant a garden
  • Have a picnic
  • Go to the Lake or Ocean
  • Go camping

Get out of your home and move your body. It is spring and the best time to do it. Create new and good habits. Challenge yourself and take action now! Have fun, smile, and enjoy life.

I am you, you are me, we are one. Much Love to you All.

Aries Full Moon with Spring Equinox

We are quickly approaching the Full moon in Aries in combination with Spring Equinox. The key words for Aries are trust, innocence, and courage (from The Shamanic Astrology Handbook by Daniel Giamario with Carolyn Brent under Aries).
Spring Equinox, also known as Ostara, is a time for planting seeds both figuratively and actually; a time of renewal and fertility. Bring these two together and you have a very powerful combination.
Many years ago I started celebrating Spring Equinox/Ostara instead of Easter. Some of the activities we have shared over the years:
  • Family day of sharing
  • Painting rocks with symbols of attributes we wish to bring into our lives
  • Painting eggs
  • Spring baskets (usually something that can be reused for the bathroom or bedroom) filled with toiletries, towels, and washcloths and a little something sweet
  • Picnics when the weather was nice

This year I am encouraging my family to have a sharing day of the seeds they would like to plant with the intent of adding the Full moon in Aries energy of trust, innocence and courage. And what each of us are going to do to take care of ourselves this spring. We will be dancing in all the wonderful energies for the seeds that we will be planting. Dance is my favorite avenue for raising energy or dispelling it. Movement is so incredibly important for your body and your mind and is a powerful way for raising energy.

Then we will gather and play music together. I play hand drums and the native flute, Christie plays Didgeridoo, Elizabeth plays just about anything and Olivia loves the hand drums. Fun Fun Fun!!!

May you have a wonderful Aries full moon and a Delicious Self Renewal Ostara/Spring Equinox!

World Healing Day

It is no secret that I am no longer Christian and that I celebrate the Pagan Holi-days. I have no animosity toward Christians; I believe that everyone is on the right path for themselves.

I have many fond memories of Christian holidays that I celebrated as a child and still smile over some of them. I am even known to get tears in my eyes when listening to a few of the songs related to them.

There is one holiday that, in the past, has very much bothered me and that I have refused to recognize since my understanding of its true meaning. St. Patrick's Day.

A few years ago I made a choice to stop having ill feelings around this holiday, especially since it was only hurting me, and decided that I would mount a campaign to create a second holiday, for that same day, for those that feel as I do and to bring awareness and much needed healing to this day.

I call March 17, -- World Healing Day and ask for people that choose to honor World Healing Day to wear purple, to spend the day focused on alternative healing, such as Reiki, and sending loving healing energy to yourself, your family, community, city, state, the country, and Mother/Sister Earth.

Much Love to all of you and may you have a blessed day however you choose to spend it.

Added 3/13/2012 No matter what religion you are, something to think about: Why would you celebrate something that most likely was actually casting out wise women healers that were being called witches because they used herbs and natural ways to heal? Or independent women/free thinkers that didn't want to conform to patriarchy?

A Shamanic Priestess Experience

I am very excited to announce the release of this video, A Shamanic Priestess Experience.

This is a journey for women to discover sacred living ceremoney.

Digging in the Shadows to Find the Gold

I am mining in the darkness to uncover/discover the gold within the shadow today. Some may say, "What the heck does that mean?" well it means I am looking at what isn't said, what people hold back, what has been suppressed.

My voice was suppressed as a child. Somewhere along the way I regained it but as a child I was afraid to speak. I was afraid of many things; getting in trouble, looking stupid, what was in the dark, what was under my bed, what may peer back at me through my window at night, the kids at school, and I was afraid I would always be sad.

Here I am 35 to 40 years later asking where is the gold within those experiences? Where is the gold in the sadness? Where is the gold of being afraid? Or where is the gold that was suppressed because I was afraid?

It is in the music I play with my native flute. It is in my drawings that are becoming more wild and bold. It is in my writing that will not be suppressed. It is in my voice for I will never be silent again. It is the juiciness that I discover every single day that I am willing to look into those dark places to see what I have forgotten that I used to love, that I used to be good at, that I used to dream of. It is the creativity of a life well lived with authentic purpose.

Delve deep. Discover/uncover for yourself what is waiting in the shadows. It isn't all darkness. There is gold to be found. There is your authentic soul to be remembered.

Empowering Your Creations with Authenticity

Sometimes when I feel creative I feel unsure about what I want to create, how I want to create it and what medium to use. I just know I have this burning desire that starts to show up as boredom or unease and builds until I can't stand not to create.

For me it often comes down to color and tecture. I love vibrant colors such as bold reds, blues, orange, yellow, and usually a dash of black. Texture has become so important to me. It must be soft or smooth. Unless of course it is a drawing, journaling or writing then it is back to being all about color.

When I look at my creations I see how infused they are with my authenticity. I may look at other art for inspiration but it always comes down to what I really like, what I really want to accomplish with my creations and what wants to be created through me. If I try and do something that isn't essentially me, it lacks luster. It certainly doesn't feel authentically me.

Empowering your creations with your essential authenticity and you will be happy with what you create.

Connections

It is interesting the connections we make on the social media surrounding us. I still believe that we need to be getting out more and making connections face to face but there is something to be said about connecting with friends online.

Anything that makes us smile or laugh has to be a good thing. Anything that we can do to help others smile and laugh is definitely a great thing.

Interacting online with my friends of late is very satisfying and entertaining. The more love I send their way the more love they send mine. Most gratifying. It isn't the same as exchanging a hug in person but there is definitely an energy exchange going on at a distance.

There is something to be said about creating a nice balance of online and in person. Maybe it is spring time that has me thinking of having a party or finding a party to go to. I am very much looking forward to the spring and summer fairs and events. Yes I do believe I am going to enjoy the season of being outdoors with friends and loved ones, sharing barbecues, picnics, dancing, walking, and just about any other reason we can find to get together. Drumming anyone?

Here's to seeing you at the park!

Celebrating the Moments

I am so excited! I just found out my first article "How to Create a Video From Your Essay" has been accepted. I am celebrating times two! First that it was accepted, second because it was accepted just the way I submitted it. I was very prepared to fix any problems they said needed to be fixed and it was accepted without needing any further editing. It is amazing how wonderful it feels to have stretched my abilities once more and have something positive happen.

Is there a project that you have been thinking about but because it is something you haven't done before you have been afraid to try it?

It is time to take the steps to make your dreams come true. If I can do it you most certainly can too. No one else can do it for you. What small step can you take? What bigger steps?

I encourage you to take those steps. I encourage you to stretch your abilities. I challenge you to do something new. It doesn't have to be perfect. It just has to be authentic to you. What stirs your blood? What excites you? What creates a time warp for you that you are so engrossed in that hours go by before you realize what time it is? Take a chance. I hope you do.

I am celebrating my moment, this moment right now. There isn't any other feeling like it. My hope is you are celebrating your moments as they happen for you as well.

Much Love to You All.

A Shadowy Day

Last night went really well with the Clutterologist. I of course couldn't stand it and had to clean all day yesterday so the place looked fairly well when she showed up. Exhausted but happy with the outcome I was very much looking forward to my one of two days that I get to have to myself in the morning to work on my writing and my next video.

Then Christie reminded me that Tuesday was the day she and I have to get up early and go to an appointment that I had completely forgotten about. Okay, I think, no problem I can still have my afternoon to write and work on creating another video (I just finished a Priestess Process video).

We didn't get home until 2:30 p.m. No problem, I have three and a half hours until Elizabeth has to go to work and my shift with Olivia begins. Christie grabs the good laptop because it was too late for her to go back to work. Alright... I will just work on my writing and later work on my next video. Elizabeth knocks on the door, "Mom my head is killing me and I really need to Lie down, can you watch Olivia for me?" Puffing out a long breath I realize today is going to be a total loss in regards to work.

Olivia has chosen today to be one of her, "Everything is frustrating me so I am going to have a tantrum every other minute." days.

It reminds me of the ol' days commercial, "Calgon take me away." I don't have time for that today either.

Meanwhile Christie has left for her workout appointment and Elizabeth is moments away from leaving for work and I am racing to get this blog post completed.

Now I am feeling moopy. It is a combination of moody and mope. As I hear my daughter getting ready to go out the door, I realize I can go turn on my fast, fun music that Olivia will love too and we can both dance out our frustrations together. As I let out another long breath, there is always Thursday.

Dealing with the Clutter in our Lives

About a week or so ago I was scrolling through Facebook posts and came across a link posted by one of my FB friends. Like there could be any other kind. Anyway... this link was for Clutterologist.com. Hmmmmm.... Now that is something I could use. I went to her website to check it out. Hmmmmm.... this is looking good. I contacted her and we set an appointment for this Monday evening for a consult.

I let my family know that I contacted this woman and what she does. They are joyous because they all know we need help. No matter what we do, no matter our good intentions, we can't seem to keep the clutter away. We go through periodically and get rid of a ton of stuff, have garage sales, give giant garbage bagfuls to the animal shelter second hand store, etc. It didn't matter, within a few months we have piles of stuff again, cluttering shelves, closests, bathrooms, kitchen, every available surface is full. That is why when I saw the link I just had to check it out.

Here we are a day away and some of us are freaking out a little and though I said, "You can clean dirt but you can't clean piles." the family is cleaning anyway me included. Who wants a stranger to see the messes we get ourselves into? I took pictures of everything because I had a feeling this was going to happen. I am going to show them to her, the clutterologist, as proof we really do need her help and of course there still are some piles. It is probably quite obvious we need her help but I wanted to make sure she saw the piles that were here just a day before.

There are three women and a toddler living in this house. I am really hoping the specialist can help us make sense of what we are doing and clear the clutter permantly. I can hope can't I.

Dancing Into Life

I heard someone ask if there was more to life than this. I say it is what we make it. As people choose to move out of fear and living a more authentic life I believe this question will be asked less and less.

It is through clearing/healing our fears, connecting with the Divine, ourselves and others that we can move into seeing the magical mysteries, sacred moments and miracles.

There are numerous activities that people could involve themselves in if they could only see them. The problem is they are mired down in the illusion of "I can't, I won't, It isn't possible, I will never, They will never" and on and on.

If they could just stop for a moment, turn on fun music and dance out of their body all the yuck they are feeling then dance into their body their new intention of "Living, loving, and being who they really are, their authentic self." It would create a shift of I am enough, I am the one I have been waiting for, I can do anything I really desire to do, the possibilities are endless.

Movement is key. We have to start moving our bodies. Our bodies are meant to move and the more we move with intention the more we will see the positive shift that a lot of people are looking for bringing back the sacredness of life.

Turn on your favorite music and dance your way into a more fulfilling life.
